Talk about poor timing and judgment. An impaired teen approached an Elgin OPP officer last Friday morning asking to take a photo. The request was made on Heritage Line in Bayham.
Instead of a photgraph, an eighteen-year-old teen from Bayham was arrested without incident and charged with operation of a vehicle while impaired.
He will appear in St. Thomas court at a future date.
