Police are appealing for help identifying a body that was found in Lake Erie, in the area of Long Point.
OPP say they received a report Tuesday afternoon of human remains found in the waters by the Canadian Coast Guard and the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre Trenton during a training exercise.
Officers with the OPP’s marine unit say the body is that of a man with brown hair. They say he was wearing a grey hoodie with a logo on the front reading “RED MTN” in blue, black and grey, as well as jeans and black hiking shoes.
