From the school that brought you Rachel McAdams, could the next breakthrough actor be Evan Adamson?
He’s a Grade 12 student at Central Elgin Collegiate Institute who appears in Episode 3 of a Netflix horror series now airing entitled Cabinet of Curiosities, an anthology from Guillermo del Toro which started streaming last week.
Adamson tells myFM about his involvement.
While he has a love of physics, Adamson envisions his career path veering off in an entertainment direction. He recounts the odd fashion in which the audition was undertaken.
Adamson hopes the phone calls from his agent will start to heat up. He has another project he’s just completed but, as he tells myFM, his lips are sealed out of necessity.
In addition to the above projects, Adamson has shot a couple of commercials for big-name clients.
The most intriguing – and humorous – aspect of Adamson’s early career to date is how he came in contact with his agent.
