The YWCA’s Sharing the Warmth Coat Drive is now underway until Dec. 1.
There is a need for coats, snowpants and warm weather accessories for women, men, children and youth.
The only request is the items need to be new or gently used. All donations can be delivered to the main reception area at 16 Mary St. West in St. Thomas, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
The drive is geared to those in St. Thomas and Elgin county who find it financially challenging to purchase winter wear.
This includes coats, snowpants and warm weather accessories with no questions asked and at no cost.
Pick-ups take place Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 1 until 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the YWCA at 16 Mary Street West in St. Thomas.
