The Ontario government says it has been working with police and the privacy commissioner on a vaccine database breach that affected the personal information of hundreds of thousands of people in the province. The government says it is notifying about 360,000 people.
The breach happened on November 16th, 2021 and the OPP have charged two people, including an employee of the province’s vaccine contact centre.
