With a record number of entries this year, whittling the list down to five finalists was no easy task, advises Elgin Business Resource Centre general manager Kevin Jackson.
He’s talking about the final five in the Pitch business plan competition for startup and expanding businesses in St. Thomas and Elgin.
Jackson outlines what is up for grabs for the winning business plan submission.
It’s a business plan competition where there really are no losers, stresses Jackson.
He advises the grand prize winner will be announced Jan. 25.
Previous winners include Wildflowers Tea, The Ice Box, Smart Dental Hygiene, Century Chocolates, Shebaz’s Shawarma and Streamliners Espresso Bar.
