Southwestern Ontario will benefit from $4.5 million in funding for tourism recovery and infrastructure support.
The announcement was made Friday morning in London.
The funding is courtesy of the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario).
Six organizations and municipalities in Elgin county will benefit from an investment of more than $1.3 million.
More than half that amount, $640,000, was allocated to Central Elgin for improvements to Union Street Park in Belmont.

| Municipality of Dutton Dunwich | Improve energy efficiency and accessibility of municipal office and local theatre located in downtown Dutton. | $140,857 |
