While we all know the Horton Farmers Market is a great spot to pick up our favourite local foods, it’s also a space full of local talent.
And as staff prepare for Opening Day of the Horton Market, they are actively searching for new buskers to help provide a fun, community atmosphere on Saturday mornings.
Whether you are just getting started or are already an established entertainer, those who are interested are asked to apply online notes Sarah Noble, Manager of Marketing and Communication at the St. Thomas Economic Development Corporation.
Buskers help make a visit to the Market a special occasion and could include Dancers, Musicians, Magicians, Mimes, Jugglers, etc.
Noble also reminds any vendors still hoping to get a spot at the market this year to get their applications in as soon as possible
