Elgin County OPP are investigating following a break and enter at an address on Johnston Line in West Elgin.
Police say that sometime between 6 p.m. Thursday (May 11) and 8 the following morning, unknown person(s) gained access to a garage on the property and removed an ATV, assorted tools, equipment, and a quantity of fuel.
The total value of the missing items is estimated to be $8000.
Police continue to investigate and remind residents to report suspicious activity immediately, and remember to lock doors to vehicles, houses, garages, and sheds.
