The good times keep on rolling down at the Port Stanley Festival Theatre with the matinee debut of True Confessions from the Ninth Concession.
Playwright Dan Needles takes attendees on a journey, sharing insightful and laugh-out-loud perspectives on small town life accompanied by musical guest Ian Bell.
myFM had the chance to speak with Needles before the first showing Tuesday afternoon, who explains where the idea came from.
And he and Ian Bell do an amazing job of that through the 2 act show that features a number of original songs.
Needles, who is known for shows such as “Ed’s Garage”, “The Perils of Persephone”, and the world renown “Wingfield Series”, notes that his work has yet to bring him to our neck of the woods, until now.
While tickets to this show have completely sold out, you can learn more about Dan Needles and the book version of the show here.
The next show to hit the stage at Port Stanley Festival Theatre will be Wrong For Each Other by Norm Foster, running June 14th to July 8th.
