Reports of suspicious activity Thursday at a Mondamin Street residence led to the arrest of a 40-year-old London man.
When city police arrived they found three people unloading materials from a van. One of the individuals was found in possession of ammunition, a breach of his probation order.
Police also seized a quantity of fentanyl and he was charged with possession of an opioid and possession of methamphetamine.
