St. Thomas Police are seeking out the owner of a black wheelchair located in the city early Wednesday.
Officers were called to recover the Concept 45 wheelchair that had been found near the train tracks on Woodworth Avenue.
The wheelchair is being safely stored at STPS headquarters, with a stock photo available below.
