St. Thomas Police continue to investigate after a local contractor reported that approximately $35,000 in electrical wire and $3,700 worth of tools had been stolen from their job site.
Police say they were contacted Monday in regards to the items that were taken during the renovation of a business on Talbot Street.
It was learned that over the course of the last month, several break and enters occurred, also resulting in significant damage to the building.
