Elgin OPP are investigating a fatal collision this morning on Highway 3.
Police were called to the scene of the three-vehicle head-on collision east of Wellington Road around 6:30, where a 46-year-old London resident was killed.
A 32-year-old from St. Thomas was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and a 24-year-old from Straffordville was assessed by EMS on scene.
The identity of the deceased is not being released.
Highway 3 from Wellington Road to Centennial Avenue, as well as the First Avenue On-Ramp remains closed into this afternoon as police investigate.
