St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital welcomed its first baby of 2024 at 4:47 Monday afternoon.
Irena Mischa McIntyre is the daughter of proud parents Tia and Damian of St. Thomas and joined the world weighing 7 pounds, 9 ounces.
