Thankfully no injuries were reported last Wednesday in Aylmer when a tractor trailer’s tire dislodged and struck a house.
Police say they were called to a residence on Talbot Street East around 2:50 p.m. and commenced an investigation involving the Ministry of Transportation.
As a result, a 64 year old Windsor man and the trucking company has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act with Wheel Separation – Commercial Motor Vehicle.
