The St. Thomas Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old.
Payton Skinner is described as 5’3 with a medium to heavy build.
She has long blonde hair with red highlights. She was last seen wearing a white jacket, white crop top, black jeans, and black/red high top Nike shoes.
