The Thames Valley District School Board and London District Catholic School Board are partnering to present a family well-being workshop.
With a growing number of online influencers promoting unhealthy ideas about relationships and identity, initiating conversations with children about critically engaging with online content is crucial at all ages.
Adults, parents, and caregivers are invited to attend the virtual workshop on March 6 titled, Navigating Healthy Conversations: Empowering Parents in the Digital Age of Relationships and Identity.
The webinar aims to equip parents with an understanding of dangerous narratives to be wary of and offer valuable insights into navigating uncomfortable discussions with their children.
It is presented in partnership with Changing Ways, which works to create safer homes by engaging men to take responsibility for their actions and change their behaviour and attitudes for the long-term.
