The 2024 Provincial Spring Games will be taking place in Kitchener-Waterloo May 23rd to 26th with over 750 athletes from across Ontario attending.
This will include 17 Special Olympic athletes from St. Thomas who will compete in Powerlifting, Swimming, Basketball and 10 Pin Bowling.
These individuals from across the province will be vying for the chance to represent Ontario at the 2026 Special Olympics Canada Summer Games taking place in Medicine Hat, Alberta.
The 2024 Provincial Spring Games were originally planned for 2020 but postponed to this year due to the pandemic.
