A 47-year-old man from Aylmer has been arrested and charged with sexual interference and sexual assault involving a person under 16.
Police say the man was taken into custody on October 3rd and has since been remanded following a bail hearing.
Aylmer Police did confirm that the victim and the accused were known to each other.
To protect the victim’s identity, no further details will be released.
