If your kids are suffering from the dog days of summer already, the St. Thomas Police Service has you covered.
From 10 a.m. -12 p.m. on July 24th, 25th, 31st and August 1st, the local Police Service will be hosting drop-in activities for children 8 to 12 years old to help fight summer time boredom.
Corporate Communications Coordinator with the St. Thomas Police Service Tanya Calvert says everything will be set up and provided, all you have to do is show up.
On Wednesday, July 24th they will be running street hockey games followed by basketball on Thursday July 25th. If you miss those dates they will be hosting them the following Wednesday and Thursday.
Refreshments and freezies will also be provided during the drop in games.
