The St. Joseph’s Catholic High School Cross Country Team is sending three individuals and the six members of the Senior Girls’ Team to OFSAA, taking place in Ottawa on November 4th.
These athletes finished in the top five or were one of the top two, four-person teams from the 39 schools that make up the WOSSAA conference.
Flourish Nmor, Abi Faris, Alex Fangaet, Sadi Dowswell and Claire Caslisk are returning to OFSAA for the third consecutive year, and Ruby Steen is competing for the first time.
The Senior Girls will try to improve on last year’s 4th place finish.
Mohanad Kuhail is returning to defend his gold medal performances in the Para Ambulatory Division.
Diego Alban Gasca is competing in the Para division as well, and first time OFSAA competitor Armani Moniz will be part of the best runners in the province in the Novice Boys’ division.
Good luck Rams!
