1. A 31-year-old St. Thomas resident is facing nearly a dozen charges after a collision early Thursday morning on Elm Street. One of the vehicles involved in the incident drove away with city police eventually locating the motorist in the area of Wellington and Hincks streets, although they did not immediately stop.
