Today: Art for Animals, a fundraiser in support of a new City of St. Thomas Animal Shelter, runs the entire month of February at 3 local venues. The St. Thomas Public Library, Caps Off Brewing, and Railway City Tourism will be exhibiting available art by local artists in support of the construction of the new Animal Shelter. Tomorrow: The Old Imperial Farmers’ Market is open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Aylmer! It’s a family-friendly, year-round, indoor Farmers’ Market that celebrates, supports, and showcases the best of what our community has to offer.
Tomorrow: Winter at Horton is back this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. All the vendors will be set up inside, giving you the chance to get some of your market favourites even during the winter months. This continues each Saturday through April 26th.
Tomorrow: A St. Thomas Special Olympics Basketball Tournament is taking place Saturday at East Elgin Secondary School beginning at 9 a.m. 13 teams compete against each other in friendly competition. Everyone is welcome to come out and watch. Admission is free and bake sale, and draws will be occurring for fun prizes. More details here.
Tomorrow: The Crime Stoppers Snow Golf Tournament is taking place on Saturday, with registration beginning at 10 a.m. Bring one golf club & a tennis ball – $50 person for golf and a perch dinner at the Legion afterwards. More details here.
Tomorrow: Saturday Stories goes from 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the St. Thomas Public Library. Join staff each Saturday for storytime, which is full of active songs and stories!

GOJHL: The St. Thomas Stars return to action tonight (Feb. 7) when they host the Chatham Maroons at the Joe Thornton Community Centre. Puck drop is 7:30 p.m.
