Icy conditions cancels schools and buses in St. Thomas-Elgin

As a result of icy conditions across Elgin, Middlesex, Oxford, the City of London, and the Red Zone, Southwestern Ontario Student Transportation Services has cancelled all school purpose vehicles for Thursday, February 13th.

This impacts all vehicles servicing the London District Catholic School Board and Thames Valley District School Board.

As of 6:19 a.m., all schools within the TVDSB and LDCSB have now been closed for the day.
