A Dutton man is facing impaired driving charges after police responded to a traffic complaint on Tuesday, March 4th.
Elgin OPP say they were alerted by an LCBO staff member around 3 p.m. about an intoxicated customer. Officers located the vehicle on Fingal Line near Grandview Road in Dutton-Dunwich.
A 42-year-old man from Dutton was arrested without incident and charged with impaired operation and exceeding the legal blood alcohol limit.
He faces a 90-day Driver’s Licence Suspension, with the vehicle impounded for 7 days.
They will appear in St. Thomas court on April 15th.
