ERTH Corporation, through its annual charity golf tournament held last Thursday, is donating $27,000 to Hospice of Elgin in St. Thomas.
The facility which will offer end-of-life care in a cottage-like setting is set to open this summer.

Executive Director Brenda Fleming stresses hospice is about more than just a building. Hospice of Elgin will provide, “Expert care wrapped in compassion and where laughter is welcome.”
It is located in a wooded setting, overlooking Waterworks Park.
ERTH Corporation is owned by nine municipal shareholders and distributes electricity to 15 communities in southwestern Ontario, including Aylmer, Port Stanley and Belmont.
