With Canada Day just around the corner, a full slate of local celebrations have been planned across St. Thomas-Elgin.
Those in the Municipality of Dutton-Dunwich are in store for a day of fun at Sons of Scotland Park and a breathtaking fireworks display to end the night.
Kicking off at 8 a.m. July 1st with the Fire Department Breakfast at the Dutton Dunwich Community Centre, followed by a packed lineup of scheduled events that will sure to keep you busy before the fireworks display at dusk.
There’s something for the whole family with crafts, children’s activities, inflatables, slip and slide fun, a dunk tank and more.
New this year, bingo for adults, soccer games hosted by West Elgin Soccer and a pilates class by Liv Pilates.
The event is free to attend, with donations greatly appreciated.
