St. Thomas Police issued multiple charges during a speed enforcement operation on Highbury Avenue over the weekend.
A 29-year-old London resident was caught driving 113 km/h in a 60 km/h zone and charged with stunt driving. As a result, their license was immediately suspended for 30 days, and their vehicle impounded for 14 days.
The driver is scheduled to appear in court to answer to the charge.
In a separate incident, a 31-year-old St. Thomas resident was clocked at 93 km/h in the same zone. Further investigation revealed the individual was already suspended for unpaid fines.
The driver now faces charges of speeding and driving while under suspension and will also appear in court at a later date.
