Running Friday, August 8 through Sunday, August 10, the 2025 edition of the Aylmer Fair promises something for everyone—from midway thrills and cattle shows to food trucks, live entertainment and of course the demolition derby. Tomorrow: Saturday Stories goes from 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the St. Thomas Public Library. Join staff each Saturday for storytime, which is full of active songs and stories!
Tomorrow: Join the City of St. Thomas for a free community swim as they celebrate 55 years of fun, splashes and summer memories at Jaycee’s Pool – which first opened in the summer of 1970! All ages are welcome from 1:30 to 4 p.m. There will also be free popcorn + an ice cream truck (while supplies last).
Tomorrow: The City of St. Thomas Animal Services is inviting the community to leash up this Saturday for the return of the Puppy Parade at Pinafore Park. Registration at the bandshell opens at 5 p.m., with the walk beginning at 6 p.m. Entry is by donation, with all funds raised going towards the ongoing construction of the new City of St. Thomas Animal Shelter.
