A 36-year-old Malahide man is facing charges after a fail-to-remain collision in Aylmer earlier this month.
Police say that sometime between August 2 and the morning of August 3, a vehicle ran a stop sign, damaged a lawn, and struck a tree at a home near York Street and Fath Avenue.
The driver allegedly left the scene but was later identified after police located the motor vehicle involved.
He’s charged with driving while under suspension and failing to remain at the scene of a collision.
