An 80-year-old St. Thomas resident is facing charges after police say they were found violating probation conditions at a local pool.
According to St. Thomas Police, officers were at the pool Sunday on an unrelated theft call when they recognized the individual, who is prohibited from attending public parks or swimming areas where children under 16 are present.
They were arrested on Tuesday and remanded into custody.
