Today: A flag-raising ceremony to mark “Crime Stoppers Awareness Month” will be taking place at St. Thomas City Hall at 9 a.m. on Monday.
Tomorrow: Tuesday Tales is taking place at the St. Thomas Public Library from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Join the library team for a terrific time of telling tales! And yes–there will be singing too!
Tomorrow: The STPL Book Club is back on Tuesday! Join the monthly book club from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the Carnegie Room (Lower Level) to discuss unique books with others. In September, they’re reading “Death of the Author” by Nnedi Okorafor.
Tomorrow: “goldfish” takes the stage at Port Stanley Festival Theatre August 27th- September 13th! This WORLD PREMIERE is a moving tale of two lonely people who didn’t know how much they needed each other. Until they did. Walter, a retiree, lives a quiet life. He sits on his porch and watches the world go by day after day until Shannon, a busy mom of two moves in across the street and opens a daycare. More details here!
