St. Thomas police have charged a 60-year-old city resident after responding to a single-vehicle collision early Monday morning.
Around 6 a.m., officers were called to an area off Wellington Street, where they located an individual who had crashed their e-bike.
Investigation revealed the rider was a prohibited driver due to a prior impaired driving conviction.
The accused was processed and released with a future court date.
