Today: A flag-raising ceremony to mark “Big Brothers Big Sisters Month” will be taking place at St. Thomas City Hall at 9 a.m. on Monday. This will be followed by a 10 a.m. flag-raising for “Welcome Week 2025” presented by the St. Thomas Local Immigration Partnership.
Today: Middle Makers is being hosted at St. Thomas Public Library on Monday from 4 to 5 p.m. and the theme is Shrinky Dink Keychains! Middle Makers is a chance for 8 – 12-year-olds to meet, explore what the library has to offer, and participate in a fun activity!
Tomorrow: Tuesday Tales is taking place at the St. Thomas Public Library from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Join the library team for a terrific time of telling tales! And yes–there will be singing too!
Tomorrow: Join the St. Thomas Public Library special Welcoming Week drop-in event from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meet local organizations, ask questions, and find out about services and supports available in St. Thomas and Elgin County. Whether you’re new to Canada or simply want to learn more about your community, everyone is welcome. In partnership with YWCA St. Thomas-Elgin Settlement Services, and St. Thomas-Elgin Youth and Employment Services.
