St. Thomas will be in the national spotlight this week as CBC’s hit show Still Standing brings a night of comedy to the Joe Thornton Community Centre.
Host and comedian Jonny Harris, known for his role on Murdoch Mysteries, will lead the evening on Wednesday, September 24th, with doors opening at 7:00 p.m.
Harris will be joined by fellow comedians Fraser Young, Graham Chittenden, and Nour Hadidi.
The free event is open to the public, with no tickets or reserved seating required. Attendees must be 12 years or older, and organizers recommend arriving early to secure a seat.
The performance is part of a live taping for the CBC television series, which spotlights the resilience and humour of small towns across Canada. St. Thomas will be featured in an upcoming episode celebrating the city’s unique character and community spirit.
Residents are encouraged to come out, share a laugh, and be part of the national broadcast.
