Elgin OPP are asking for the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Frank (Franz) from Vienna, who went missing on Friday, September 19.
Police say he left home around 5 p.m. and has not returned.
Frank is described as a slim, 5’6” white male with light brown hair and green eyes, last seen wearing a black hoodie and grey or black beanie. He was believed to have been at a gas station in Tillsonburg between 5 and 7 p.m. on September 19th.
