The Elgin County OPP will be working with the Ontario Fire Marshall in their investigation into a suspicious residential fire in Southwold on Monday night (July 22). Emergency crews responded to the fire at an unoccupied house on Parson Road around 9:15 p.m.
There were no injuries at the fire. The Southwold Fire Department has deemed the fire as suspicious which has brought in the Ontario Fire Marshall.
The OPP will be working alongside the Fire Marshall in the co-investigation.
The OPP are asking for anyone with any information on this incident to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
