Today: The STPL Book Club is back on Tuesday! Join the monthly book club from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the Carnegie Room (Lower Level) to discuss unique books with others. In October, they will be reading “My Friends” by Fredrik Backman.
Tomorrow: Join St. Thomas Public Library for an informative session on Wednesday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. on how to recognize, prevent, and respond to scams that target older adults. Led by retired police officer Mike Souliere, this session will equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to stay safe. Learn how to identify common fraud tactics, protect your personal information, and take action if you or someone you know becomes a victim.
Tomorrow: The Teen Advisory Board at the St. Thomas Public Library is a group of teens in grades 9 – 12 who meet once a month from 4 until 5 p.m. to plan and promote exciting programs, talk about ways to make the library a more inclusive space for all teens. Join them on Wednesday!
Tomorrow: Craft In Company takes place at St. Thomas Public Library on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Do you have a project you are working on? Do you want to get out and meet other crafters? Come to the library for an evening Crafter Social. This is an independent meet up for anyone that loves to create.
Tomorrow: Trivia takes place every Wednesday night at Railway City Brewing from 7 to 9! Stop in for an evening of good food and fun with no need to preregister.
