A 30-year-old London woman has been charged with assault on a child.
The woman was an employee at a local daycare at the time.
According to Aylmer Police, the incident took place November 4.
The worker was released with conditions and terminated from her employment.
The child was not injured.
Police have not released the name of the daycare facility.
