The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad has confirmed that William Turner, a federal offender previously wanted on a Canada-wide warrant and known to frequent St. Thomas, has now been arrested in Toronto.
Turner, 37, was unlawfully at large since November 27, 2025. He is serving a seven-year sentence for two counts of armed robbery, two counts of robbery, and possession of a Schedule I substance.
Police thank the public and media for their assistance in locating Turner, whose movements had also included London, Woodstock, Windsor, Sarnia, and the GTA.
