Elgin County has announced the appointment of Joe Anne Holloway as the new Director of Homes and Seniors Services.
Holloway brings more than 35 years of experience in senior care, along with a reputation for hands-on leadership and a “Let’s Take Action” approach to improving services for residents.
Throughout her career, Holloway has held senior leadership roles across the healthcare sector, including Administrator, Vice President of Quality and Strategic Direction, and Vice President of Operations.
Since 2012, she has also contributed as a CARF Surveyor, helping to share best practices and innovative approaches across long-term care organizations.
Holloway’s background includes managing budgets and capital projects, implementing organization-wide initiatives, and prioritizing resident satisfaction and safety. She holds a Bachelor of Professional Arts in Human Services, a Diploma in Recreation Leadership, and a Long-Term Care Administrator’s Certificate.
