The Paralympic Winter Games kicked off Friday and Canada’s para ice hockey team logged their first win Saturday by blanking Slovakia 8-0.
Wallacetown native James Dunn netted Canada’s first goal of the games, just seven minutes into the first period.
He added a second goal and an assist for a three-point outing in his third Paralympics.
Canada is back in Group B action at 3:35 this afternoon (Monday) when they face Japan.
