A weekend of food, fun, and community spirit is set to support a great cause in St. Thomas.
Special Olympics St. Thomas is inviting residents to take part in a Charity BBQ Fundraiser happening Saturday and Sunday at Canadale Nurseries.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days, serving up burgers and hot dogs, with all proceeds going directly toward supporting local Special Olympics athletes and programs.
Attendees will also have the chance to meet some of the athletes representing St. Thomas at the National Championships this August, offering a unique opportunity for the community to connect, show support, and celebrate their achievements.
Organizers say the family-friendly event is designed to bring the community together while raising awareness and support for Special Olympics initiatives.
