Families will have an opportunity to access free dental care for children next week as Southwestern Public Health hosts a mobile dental clinic in Aylmer.
The clinic will take place on Wednesday, June 10, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at EarlyON Aylmer, located at 69 Talbot Street West.
Open to children and youth aged 0 to 17, the clinic will offer free dental checkups and fluoride treatments, with no appointment required.
During each visit, a Registered Dental Hygienist will check for cavities and signs of tooth decay, monitor dental development, and provide oral health education for families. Parents can also receive guidance on brushing habits, oral hygiene, and other factors that can affect children’s oral health.
For more information, residents can contact Southwestern Public Health at 1-800-922-0096 or visit swpublichealth.ca.
