London police have laid charges following a serious collision at Sherwood Forest Mall that injured seven people on Friday morning.
The collision occurred on June 12th and involved a vehicle striking the GoodLife Fitness building at the mall. Seven people were injured and taken to hospital.
Investigators say a 59-year-old of London has been charged with six counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
One person remains in critical condition, one is in good condition, one is listed in fair condition, and four people have been discharged from hospital.
The investigation is ongoing. Police are asking anyone who was in the area between 7:20 a.m. and 7:50 a.m. on June 12th, or anyone with cellphone video, dashcam footage, or security camera footage, to contact investigators.
