Elgin OPP were kept busy last weekend in Port Stanley.
They conducted three R.I.D.E. checks where approximately 200 drivers were checked for sobriety.
Officers issued 10 warnings and 23 tickets.
Elgin OPP reminds residents and visitors that you can not take open liquor out onto the beach in Port Stanley.
Over the weekend, 15 tickets were issued for liquor on the beach.
It is not classified as a provincial park and the new alcohol regulations do not apply.
