There’s a slight update to a story we brought you last week involving break-ins at utility trailers in Aylmer.
Aylmer Police say a white, older-model Toyota Corolla believed to be connected to a utility trailer theft has been recovered.
Police received a report on August 17 after a trailer at a local business was broken into, with about $1,500 worth of power-washing equipment stolen.
Surveillance footage captured a white Toyota Corolla believed to be associated with the theft.
Police say information from policing partners has since confirmed the vehicle was reported stolen in Wellington County and was believed to have been used in other break-and-enters and thefts.
The vehicle was eventually recovered by Norfolk County OPP.
