A 22-year-old St. Thomas man was re-arrested for five counts of uttering threats to cause death on a social media platform.
When in custody originally, the individual raised some mental health concerns, and was taken to hospital for an evaluation.
Upon release from the hospital, the individual was brought to police headquarters for processing, and held for a court appearance.
