100% FREE. Open to Youth Ages 14-19. Wednesdays 4-8 p.m. 4 Weeks: August 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th. Already know your way around the kitchen? It's time to turn up the heat! In Chefs in Training: Around the World, young chefs will take their skills to the next level by exploring bold flavors, traditional techniques, and signature dishes from different countries each week. Participants will: Prepare and cook recipes from global cuisines Build on existing cooking skills with new techniques Learn the stories and traditions behind each dish Enjoy what they make—and bring home the know-how to recreate it This program is perfect for youth with basic kitchen experience who are ready to challenge themselves, expand their palates, and explore the world—one dish at a time.
